editors. The resulting *.wbmp images comply with the WAP 1.0, 1.1, 1.2 specifications for
WBMP Level 0 written in the appropriate documents. OTA images comply with the

are readable by Nokia LogoManager by Mike Bradley. It is
also able to generate dynamic WML pages conforming to WML
1.1 specification and compose Picture Messages to send
